Just returned from a couple of days away at Treyarnon bay in Cornwall. It’s beautiful cove has a stunning beach. The north-west facing, sandy beach is surrounded by low cliffs and backed by sand dunes. It offers an expanse of fine sand at low water with plenty of nooks to discover. It is a short walk around the point to Constantine Bay going north. Inspiration for a new paintings.

Just around the corner from Treyarnon Bay is Constantine Bay Beach. It’s a glorious beach with stunning views and huge waves while I was there.
With a reputation as one of the best surfing beaches in Cornwall, Constantine Bay beach offers a sweeping arc of gently shelving soft pale sands. This west-facing beach also has numerous rock pools to explore and is very popular for swimming and paddling.
Constantine Bay is separated from its neighbour, Booby’s Bay, to the north, by a thin rocky point; bordered by a large rocky reef to the south and backed by a network of sand dunes.
